I'd call the Navy Seals more PIRATE than NINJA. They use guns - Ninjas NEVER use guns (because they don't need them) You could also argue that the NAVY Seals spend the majority of their time on a ship on the Ocean. Pirates do the same. Also: ninjas do not need to disguise themselves as anything, much less pirates. Pirates win in my book simply because they are not afraid to be out in the open and face their opponents head-on.
